2. Eligibility
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

3. Products and Descriptions
- We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, images, dimensions, specifications, and pricing. However, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to the natural fiber composition of bagasse products and the nature of digital displays.
- Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product, specification, or packaging at any time.
- Bulk/export orders may be subject to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), which will be communicated at the time of quotation.
4. Quotations, Orders & Pricing
- All prices listed on our website or provided in quotations are subject to change without prior notice unless confirmed in writing (e.g., via a Proforma Invoice).
- For B2B and export orders, pricing may vary based on quantity, customization, destination country, Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW), and prevailing shipping/freight costs.
- All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Sanditi Global. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
- Payment terms (advance payment, partial payment, or Letter of Credit) will be specified in the Proforma Invoice or sales agreement for each order.
5. Payments
- Payments must be made through the methods specified by Sanditi Global (e.g., bank transfer/wire transfer, Letter of Credit, or approved online payment gateways).
- For export orders, all bank charges, currency conversion fees, and applicable taxes/duties outside India are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Orders will only be processed and dispatched upon receipt of agreed payment terms.
6. Shipping, Delivery & Export
- Sanditi Global exports products internationally in accordance with applicable Indian export regulations and the customs requirements of the destination country.
- Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
- Unless otherwise agreed, ownership and risk of loss for goods transfers to the buyer as per the agreed Incoterms specified in the order confirmation.
- The buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with import regulations, duties, and taxes applicable in their country.
- Sanditi Global is not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control (see Section 11 – Force Majeure).
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Due to the customized and bulk nature of many export orders, cancellations after production has commenced may not be accepted or may incur charges.
- Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.
- Refunds or replacements, if approved, will be processed at Sanditi Global’s discretion and in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of order confirmation.
- Custom-branded or made-to-order products are generally non-returnable unless found to be defective or non-compliant with agreed specifications.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on sanditiglobal.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, and design, is the property of Sanditi Global and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
- Any custom branding, packaging design, or artwork requested by a buyer must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights; the buyer assumes full responsibility for any such infringement.
